Joining as a Product Manager at Snowprint, you are part of a small, agile, cross-functional and experienced team, building high performing top quality turn-based battle games connecting millions of players on mobile platforms.

Job description

You will be responsible for the product, making sure the vision and direction of the game hits both expected quality from players, and market expectations to achieve high retention and value offerings. You are proactively communicating the design and vision of the game, and the main point for direction and questions from the team.

You are the main owner of the backlog demands and priorities , in close collaboration with the Producer and Game Designers. A Product Manager also syncs regularly with the other Product Managers, shares knowledge, best practises and constantly helps improve the company and its products.

As part of the Snowprint culture it is important you are a positive force, promoting transparent and healthy team work while staying focused and solution oriented. While building the game you’re also making thousands of small decisions that have a big impact on the players.

We operate our games as a service, meaning the production and team setup may vary depending on where in the game’s lifecycle we are. This means you need to be the solid rock the team can look to while processes and involved parties change around you. You help enable the best in the people at all times.

  • Balance and tune both new and existing gameplay features and systems
  • Engaging in research on related topics to find inspiration for designing memorable gaming experiences
