Snowprint Studios is looking for a passionate Marketing Art Lead to join our expanding art department and be a founding member of our marketing department!

What you will bring to our universe

You will lead our initiatives to create innovative marketing art assets to promote our games. You will own all areas of the production of User Acquisition and other marketing-related creatives. An important part of the role includes developing the coordination of our external art production and setting performance benchmarks for our marketing creatives.
You will work closely with the marketing team to identify current creative trends, analyze our marketing art performance and establish a pipeline of new creatives to support all our campaign activities. 

To succeed in this role, we also think you need… 

• Demonstrated ability of producing digital ad creatives, especially User Acquisition creatives for mobile apps

• Ability to capture gameplay by working with the game development team and stay up-to-date with the latest game releases, ensuring that our ads show the best features of our game

• Deep understanding and knowledge of creative trends within the mobile ads space as well as how creatives can impact marketing KPIs

• Hands-on experience with all essential tools to produce top-notch creative material

• Solid experience working with external creative agencies and how to best develop creative ideas, creative briefings, manage the production cycle as well as plan ahead with a comprehensive creative pipeline

• Experience working within Unity is a plus
