What you will bring to our universe

In this role, you will be part of the design process. Your technical expertise and gamer experience help guide the design to create the best possible user experience. While building the game you’re also making thousands of small decisions that have a big impact on the players.

As a developer, you are always on the lookout for ways to help your fellow team members. You optimize workflows and create tools that enable others to be creative. In small teams, you need to be able to work independently and take ownership
At Snowprint, our games are built using Unity and C#.

To succeed in this role, we also think you need…

• Strong technical skills, with proven experience in a game development role, as well as proficiency in Unity, and fluency in C# (or C/C++/Java) with the ability to write well-structured code and create robust solutions

• Game architecture expertise and the ability to build high-quality game experiences, develop the overall game architecture, and contribute to various aspects of the game client, including game logic, AI, graphics, UI, and client-server communication

• Proficiency in creating tools and workflows for designers and artists, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the development process

• Mobile optimization knowledge for mobile platforms, ensuring smooth performance and optimal user experience.

• Coordination skills to enable working on large features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Deep understanding of game technology and pipelines, and solid knowledge of common 3D engines and their underlying architecture

• Efficient communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
