Senior Producer
As a Senior Producer at Snowprint Studios, you’ll join a small, agile, and experienced team working on Project Mimir - our next free-to-play strategy title. You’ll collaborate with skilled colleagues across disciplines to deliver high-quality mobile games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
What you’ll be doing
This is a unique hybrid role: first and foremost, you will drive the production of the game - operating with autonomy, coordinating the team, and ensuring development aligns with the project’s goals. At the same time, for the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to extend your impact by taking on a leading role within the project’s Game Design team. In this capacity, alongside your Producer responsibilities, you’d help guide and organize the team’s work, ensuring strong collaboration, effective execution, and alignment with the game vision with guidance from our Game Director.
Responsibilities as Producer:
- Lead the game’s delivery, coordinating the development team, external partners, and internal shared functions to execute the project plan.
- Define project plans, manage the backlog, and ensure the roadmap and priorities are always up-to-date and clearly communicated.
- Support the team by proactively removing blockers, managing resources, and identifying risks to ensure the game is delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage releases, and coordinate with QA, Localization, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure production processes support scalable content delivery and ongoing Free-to-Play live operations, from feature updates to live events.
- Partner with design and product teams to balance production priorities with player experience, monetization, and retention goals.
- Keep the team aligned with the needs of an evolving F2P live-service game, including regular content updates, data-driven improvements, and community feedback loops.
- Work closely with the Game Director and the team to keep the vision aligned with day-to-day development.
- Sync regularly with other producers, designers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to the improvement of company processes.
- Mentor peers and help shape the studio’s long-term vision and culture.
Additional Opportunity - Game Designer:
- Alongside your Producer responsibilities - collaborate with the Game Director and other designers to create engaging gameplay features that align with the vision.
- As a senior design figure on the team, ensure that design tasks are properly planned and documented. This includes writing clear documentation for gameplay mechanics, systems and more.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation meets the intended quality and vision.
- Balance and tune new and existing gameplay features, expanding on design details as well as identifying issues with the existing game design.
Is this you?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading game development teams as a Project Manager or Producer within mobile Free-to-Play.
- Experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering titles through all stages of production - from launch to live operations.
- Deep knowledge and interest in agile methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of mobile Free-to-Play games, including progression, retention, and monetization systems, with experience in live operations for complex mobile titles considered a significant advantage.
